This is a gathering for us to come together to share challenges and accomplishments that we have experienced with our loved ones. We also discuss the importance of self-care – because you can’t pour from an empty cup.
The group is facilitated by our wonderful Case Manager, Amria Washington. Every other month, we will have a licensed therapist with a special topic directed to the unique struggles caregivers regularly face.
